SIBLING RELATIONSHIP

 

7 Sessions (1 per week), 3 hours each, 21 hours. Program that equips you with the steps of conscious parenting

Sibling rivalry can be tough on children as well as parents

This workshop is aimed to help parents better manage the challenging situations that arise between siblings 

 

It is important to use the correct methods to solve these matters as they can have a direct bearing and have a lasting impact on the physical/mental wellbeing and self esteem of all the children involved

MINDFULNESS IN PreK - 5th GRADE CHILDREN 

(3 - 10 years old)

8 Sessions (1 per week), 3 hours each, 24 hours

 

The program is aimed to ensure that children achieve their emotional, physical and mindful growth and development milestones specific to this age bracket

It provides tips and practices for optimal learning in the classroom environment and social settings 

It is aimed to raise balanced children who will be able to self-manage, adapt to challenging situations and enjoy every stage of development to the fullest

MINDFULNESS IN THE SECONDARY CLASSROOM

(12 - 17 years old)

7 Sessions (1 per week), 3 hours each, 21 hours. Program that equips you with better self awareness

This workshop is aimed at helping children attune to themselves and their surroundings. it will help them be appropriately aware and responsive. 

This workshop will provide everyday practices that will help children achieve their full potential and healthily adapt to various situations and developmental stages

HOW TO PREVENT BULLYING IN SCHOOLS

5 Sessions (1 per week), 3 hours each, 15 hours.

 

This workshop is helpful for teachers and schools to address problematic behaviour observed in children 

These practices and methods will help teachers maintain a healthy and harmonious environment in the classroom 

it will help all children have an enjoyable classroom experience

STRESS COPING SKILLS - WOMEN

5 Sessions (1 per week), 3 hours each, 15 hours

This workshop is amalgamation of various practical skills and tools to help you in your day to day life

It will provide you with research proven stress coping skills
